Your website can be created with our content creation (copy) or with the content you provide. If you choose for us to create your content we typically have you fill out a questionnaire that helps us learn more about your business. We also pick out and use stock photography that works for your business, but ask that you provide as many photos as possible. If you’d like to provide content yourself then we’d ask for all copy and photography that will need to go on the website.
Nope! The beauty of digital marketing & website design is that it can be done from anywhere. We’ve worked on websites for businesses throughout the country. With so many modes of communication, we’ll be able to stay in touch through the whole process.
Before any website work begins, a 1/2 downpayment must be made. Once the project is complete, the rest of the payment must be made on or after the Go Live date.
For all new websites, we require a three month website maintenance care package agreement. The monthly maintenance will ensure we update your WordPress system, Plugins, keep the site secure and much more. After the initial three months are done, we will move to a monthly basis. You can cancel this monthly contract anytime (with a 30 day written notice) although we do not recommend this as it opens your website to vulnerabilities.
We’ll be happy to make additional changes and updates to your website after it goes live! Website changes are typically $75/hour charged in 15 min increments and may increase depending on the CMS and structure. Emergency rates are $140/hour for same day turnaround.
After your website goes live, we’d be happy to make additional changes or additions. This can include things like adding new pages, updating events, adding new items to your store and more.
